With over 17 years of experience, Shri Nishant has played a crucial role in developing multiple businesses within Flipkart. In his current role, Nishant leads initiatives aimed at making Flipkart a benchmark for environmentally conscious organizations. He has extensive experience in setting and scaling up businesses through deep collaboration with different functions - Product, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Marketplace platform, among others. Since 2021, Nishant has also been acting as a Social and Environmental Impact Advisor to Walmart.org in India, where he helps enable market access for smallholder farmers and strengthens Walmart Foundation’s presence with a focus on women farmers and climate impact​
