Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh is an IAS officer (Jharkhand cadre, 1991), who currently serves as the Secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. With over three decades of experience in the Indian Administrative Service, Shri Singh has worked across various sectors including Small & Medium Enterprises, Steel, Coal, Transport, Urban Development, Industry, Elections, Information Technology, Education, and Human Resource Development.
