Dr. Kakani's international experience is extensive, having engaged in academic pursuits across Denmark, Nigeria, Singapore, and the UAE. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Kakani has demonstrated a strong commitment to public administration and leadership development. He serves as the Director of the National Centre for Leadership Development & Competency Assessment (NCLDCA), a Government of India initiative.
