Mr. Tomas Stenstrom is the Senior Specialist on Employment Intensive Investments (EIIP) for South Asia, based in the ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team (DWT) in New Delhi. Stenstrom joined the ILO in 1997 providing advisory support, information services and training on employment intensive investment strategies to projects and governments in Southern and Eastern Africa. Stenstrom has a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering from the University of Lund in Sweden.
