    Common questions answered

    Is there a registration fee?
No. The India Rural Colloquy is a free, curated convening. We review registrations to bring together a diverse mix of voices, so a registration is a request to attend rather than a ticket purchase.
    Who can attend the Colloquy?
Anyone working on or passionate about rural India — government officials, civil society and NGO practitioners, researchers, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, grassroots leaders, students and media. If rural transformation is your work or your interest, you're welcome to register.
    Are travel and accommodation provided?
Travel and accommodation are generally arranged by participants themselves. For confirmed delegates, we share details of nearby partner hotels and any logistical support available for each location closer to the event.
Can my organisation register multiple people?
Yes — each person should fill in their own registration so we can confirm them individually. For larger delegations or institutional partnerships, please write to info@trif.in and our team will assist.
Will sessions be recorded and shared?
Yes. Selected sessions are recorded and published on the TRIF YouTube channel after the event, so the conversations remain open and accessible to everyone working on rural India.
Is there a virtual attendance option?
The Colloquy is designed as an in-person experience, as the most meaningful connections happen face to face. However, select keynotes are live-streamed publicly on the IRC YouTube channel for those who cannot travel.
